    Overview

The grant program's goal is to create a professional network and community of practice to advance women working in strategic trade through sustained mentorship. It targets early- to mid-career women in the strategic trade field, providing them with guidance from experienced international experts over a six-month mentorship. The mentorship focuses on developing a project relevant to strategic trade issues, aiming for outcomes like communication strategies, implementation roadmaps, educational courses, and action plans that benefit strategic trade operations. This initiative emphasizes gender equity and empowerment within strategic trade management, culminating in a presentation of projects to a new cohort of mentees and the opportunity for selected participants to present at an EXBS sponsored conference.
