    Overview

    The grant aims to ensure that countries have necessary measures in place to safeguard chips and related technology from diversion and misuse. It focuses specifically on benefiting countries in the Americas (initially in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Panama) and in the Indo-Pacific region (initially in Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and others as identified). The program seeks to enhance the capacity of partner countries in safeguarding semiconductor-related technologies in crucial areas identified by ISN/ECC.
