It aims at enhancing the long-term sustainability of Tribal and Urban Indian Health clinical programs, services, or systems. The program focuses on serving the needs, respecting the culture, and acknowledging the historical experiences of American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
