The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) offers funding through its Annual Program Statement for its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program. This program aims to fund proposals that strengthen ties between the US and Cambodia by highlighting shared values and promoting bilateral cooperation. It supports a wide range of programs, including academic and professional lectures, seminars, artistic and cultural workshops, joint performances, exhibitions, professional and academic exchanges, and cultural heritage conservation and preservation projects. All proposed programs must include an aspect of American culture or involvement with American experts, organizations, or institutions to promote understanding of U.S. perspectives.
