    The grant aims to enhance the involvement of older adults with mental and behavioral health needs in evidence-based health promotion programs. It focuses on providing leadership, expert guidance, training, and resources to community-based organizations and aging and disability service providers. The goals include conducting an environmental scan to identify barriers to program engagement faced by adults with mental and behavioral health needs, carrying out needs assessments, and developing and implementing training and resources for professionals. The content developed through this grant should be scalable across the aging services network.
