Versacare Foundation is an independent, self-funded lay organization that has been supporting Seventh-day Adventist ministries and select humanitarian efforts with financial grants since 1990. Comprised of lay Adventists and current and former Adventist church employees, its mission is to further the Kingdom of God and restore the “image of God” in those in need.
The Versafund Grant Program, specifically through its Venture Grant, offers funding ranging from $10,001 to $40,000. This grant supports projects and programs aimed at achieving specific goals and becoming self-sustaining. Applicants must provide objective assessments of their programs. Versacare Foundation prioritizes funding for church community engagement, assistance to disadvantaged or underserved communities, general and science education, health and wellness, humanitarian efforts, social justice, and initiatives focused on women, children, and the youth.
