Operating as a four-generation family-run foundation, WOLFF believes in the transformative power of small groups in effecting positive changes in society.

Empower individuals and communities to mobilize for social change.
Enhance civil liberties and rights, covering areas such as equal opportunity, justice, racism, due process, disabilities, and reproductive rights.
Promote community development aimed at addressing ecological problems or breaking the poverty cycle through creating economic opportunities and cultivating effective leadership in distressed areas. This includes improving access to quality employment and fostering community participation.
Seek innovative solutions that recognize the interdependence of ecosystems and economics, focusing on collaborative approaches to mitigate urgent ecological threats.

Geographic restriction - organizations based in Colorado are given preference
Grant awards are for the duration of one year
Organizations are eligible to reapply at the end of a grant period if a final report is on file for the previous grant award or is included with the new application
Requests will be considered for either general support or specific project support
Site visits may be requested at the discretion of the Foundation
