Excellent experience! Visited the restaurant in between their busy times and spoke to the manager. She took our letter and passed it on to their support technician for their location and gave me an email to follow up. I did and received an approval for the donation within 48 hours and the cards themselves within a week.

Gave a gift card upon request. So kind and thoughtful. Pleasant to work with. Thank You

A letter must be sent and you do not know what the decision is unless you happen to receive the donation.

Dropped off a letter to my local location & within 2 weeks received a $50 gift card.
