    We haver never received any response going through Shareway or directlthrough their website. I live in their area so it is not an out of area issue.

    We have applied numerous times through them (we live in the Capital Region) and it says you will hear back in 10-14 days and I have never gotten a response. I wanted to give a 0 but that was not a choice
