The mission of the A. Lindsay & Olive B. O’Connor Foundation is focused on improving the quality of life within Delaware County and the immediately adjacent counties in rural upstate New York. Their efforts largely target supporting initiatives and projects within this geographical area to promote well-being and community development.
The Full Board Committee Grant, geared towards awards over $5,000, targets organizations whose projects are situated in or directly benefit the residents of Delaware County.
