The Pattern Panhandle Wind Request for Applications aims to enhance the quality of life in Carson County through the Civic Fund, supporting new and existing programs in several key areas: civic engagement, disaster recovery and emergency preparedness, economic and workforce development, health and wellness initiatives, and services for senior citizens. Additionally, the Education Fund focuses on enhancing educational opportunities for K-12 students in Carson County, targeting support directly at public schools or organizations aiding them.
