Specifically, their Capacity Building Grants aim to bolster organizations' internal capabilities concerning administration, governance, planning, and fundraising. This initiative is designed to increase the proficiency and effectiveness of nonprofit staff and boards, ultimately strengthening the local nonprofit sector.
