    Overview

The Equity in the Arts Fund grants support organizations led by and serving BIPOC communities primarily in Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga Counties, with a special emphasis on Cleveland. Offering grants ranging from $5,000 to $30,000, the initiative targets start-up, small, and medium organizations involved in promoting traditional and new forms of arts and cultures of African, Latinx, Asian, Pacific Islander, Indigenous, and Middle Eastern communities. The fund aims to address the financial struggles that organizations of color face in building their capacity and sustainability, envisioning a diverse and inclusive arts and cultural community that elevates the voices, cultures, and experiences of all residents.
