The Cleveland Foundation aims to enhance the lives of all residents in Greater Cleveland, now and for generations to come. It works with donors to build a community endowment, address needs via grantmaking, and lead on key community issues. The foundation serves Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga counties and comprises over 1,300 funds from individuals, families, organizations, and corporations.
The broad goal of the grant program is to offer financial support ranging from $250 to $5,000 to assist various programs and not-for-profit organizations that serve the City of Lyndhurst, its neighboring communities, and the South Euclid-Lyndhurst public schools. The grant aims to bolster these entities in their efforts to serve the community effectively.
