The mission of the Floyd “Vic” Hooker Youth Fund is to carry on Vic Hooker's legacy by supporting the youth in Tioga County, New York.
The Knoxville Fund, created in 2017, focuses on offering support for charitable, scientific, or educational initiatives by nonprofit organizations, including those designated as 501(c)(3), that serve the population of the Borough of Knoxville, Tioga County, Pennsylvania.
