High priority is given to projects that deliver significant community benefits across various sectors including education, early childhood development, health and wellness, support for those in need, arts, culture, natural resources, and the environment. Applicants benefiting from another organization's services are required to submit a letter of endorsement from said organization. Additionally, granted funds must be utilized within a year after they are awarded.
