The Ramble Charitable Fund aims to improve the quality of life in designated Buncombe County communities through supporting education, economic development, health care, and other projects that promote community development.
The Transylvania Endowment provides grants ranging from $2,500 to $8,500 for charitable purposes in Transylvania County. The grant program is open to projects that show a significant community benefit. The TE Advisory Board may also consider grant requests outside this financial range under special circumstances. Grant-supported projects should be completed within one year of receiving the funds, and if a project benefits an organization besides the applicant, a letter of endorsement from that organization is required.
