Founded by David B. Lichtenstein Sr., the David B Lichtenstein Foundation formalizes the Lichtenstein family's legacy of charitable giving, continuing to support various charitable organizations especially in Missouri, under the stewardship of Davida Lichtenstein.
The David B Lichtenstein Foundation targets its grants towards tangible impact across five core areas: Cancer Awareness—to encourage innovation in research and support clinical and outreach services; Assistance to Special Needs People—aiming to empower children and adults with disabilities through program support; Health and Welfare—dedicated to enhancing health programs and services for children and young adults; Food Banks; and Zoological Services—to promote education and support for animal conservation and research efforts.
