• Meet a proven community need with a demand for solutions.
• Impact broadly or benefit underserved groups significantly.
• Show measurable outcomes, detailed result documentation, and sustainability plans.
• Exhibit varied income sources and effective fiscal responsibility.
• Are designed in collaboration with other entities.
• Avoid duplicating the efforts of other nonprofits, thereby complementing the existing non-profit ecosystem.
• Are proposed by organizations with a minimum of three years in full service, where the project or program applied for has completed at least one year of operation, with available reports on its measurable impacts.
