The grant program offers two competitive opportunities for TCAPS:

The TCAPS Academic Excellence Endowment aims to fund innovative, curriculum-based projects that promote K-12 academic excellence and are not covered by the district's operational budget.
The Titan Excellence Fund Endowment focuses on supporting programs or projects that benefit Traverse City West Senior High students, with emphasis on enhancing student life and academics, including music, athletics, and extracurricular activities. This includes funding for classroom materials, new clubs, school events, community service projects, and field trips, among others.
