The grant program focuses on rewarding and empowering teachers from private schools in Wisconsin with financial support to pursue professional development or classroom projects. Annually, 100 teachers and up to 17 principals are recognized. Teachers receive a $6,000 personal grant alongside a matching $6,000 grant for their school, aimed at promoting educational excellence and innovation. The nominations must be submitted online, and upon nomination, nominees can apply for the grant, requiring three letters of recommendation.
