The Howard E. Stark Charitable Foundation Grants aim at funding small, passionate, and well-run organizations focused on relieving suffering by helping people or animals. While primarily targeting certain needs, they also consider applications from local 501(c)(3) organizations outside their regular scope. Supported areas include Education and Youth Development, After School and Summer Programs, Rehabilitation Programs, Arts, Culture, and Humanities, Food, Agriculture, and Nutrition, Science and Technology, Emotional Support Programs, In-Kind Donations, and Match Grant Opportunities.
