The mission of the Madison County Community Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Madison County. This is achieved by attracting charitable gifts, making philanthropic grants, providing financial management, and offering community leadership. The Foundation aims to address the broad needs of the county, focusing on improving the community's overall wellbeing.
The Community Impact Grants and Impact Madison Grants are designed to support nonprofit partners in Madison County by funding projects and programs that address the community's unique people, issues, and ideas. These grants aim to support long-term solutions, respond quickly to emergencies, and meet changing social, cultural, and educational needs within the community. Specifically, grants focus on Arts, Culture, and History; Health and Human Services; Education; Thriving Community (animal welfare, recreation, parks, etc.); and Women and Children.
