    • General Operating Support for ongoing organization expenses
    • Programs & Services targeting individuals to achieve specific outcomes
    • Policies & Places to modify policies or create/improve places for better resident opportunities
    • Planning & Capacity Building for future project planning or organizational capacity improvement Projects should aim to reduce health disparities within the community.
