The grant focuses on collecting and documenting the impacts from past Ecological Conservation Applications Area projects funded by NASA. These impacts should demonstrate tangible benefits to end-users, including improved outcomes from utilizing Earth observation in decision-making processes, and measurable improvements in the lives and livelihoods affected by these decisions. The initiative aims to gather examples demonstrating how products from previously funded projects have guided conservation actions, to inform future program impact assessments. This program element is not looking for proposals on new applications or to expand past project capabilities.
