P.U.L.S.E. of Noble County seeks to broaden Noble County’s horizons of education and service through philanthropy, fostering community engagement and support through the active participation of service-minded youth.
The grant program encourages projects that promote cooperation to avoid service duplication, increase volunteer involvement, address current community issues with practical solutions, and improve organizational self-sufficiency and effectiveness. It prioritizes preventive measures and grants favorable consideration to projects with a wide impact, replicable design, prospects for future support, services for underserved populations promoting independence, and those enhancing cultural awareness. While these are guiding principles, applicants addressing emerging community needs are also welcomed.
