The Robeson County Community Foundation (RCCF) aims to build community assets through the creation of permanent endowments, grants, and leadership in Robeson County. Founded in 2005 and guided by a local volunteer advisory board, RCCF facilitates local philanthropy by making it accessible for individuals of any means to support local causes, either by opening an endowment for their favorite cause or contributing to an existing fund.
The Community Grantmaking Program of the North Carolina Community Foundation supports a wide range of charitable activities that benefit the communities within its 67-county affiliate network, including Hoke County. This program aims to address local needs across various sectors such as education, human services, arts, historical preservation, health, recreation, youth development, environment, and animal welfare. Additionally, it includes specific support for music and cultural arts programs in Hoke County through the Mary Archie McNeill Endowment.
