The Edna E. Harrell Community Children's Fund supports organizations and programs dedicated to improving the lives of underserved youth in Baker County and the North Powder area. This grant specifically targets programs aimed at offering enrichment activities to these youth. Eligible programs include summer camps, after-school initiatives, arts, church programs, athletic activities, and school-provided activities. Its goal is to ensure that children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds have opportunities to participate in activities that broaden their experiences and contribute to their development.
