  • The grant is for research aimed at the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of childhood cancer
  • Award criteria include the probability of an advance in the near-term, novelty of the concept and strategy, clarity of presentation, overall plan for clinical application, investigator qualifications, and adequacy of research resources
  • Funds must be used strictly in accordance with the submitted application and budget
  • In case of transfer or termination of a grantee, funds must be returned to PCRF
  • PCRF entitled to 30% of compensation from the sale, license, or transfer of developed technology or intellectual property
  • All research publications and news releases related to the grant must acknowledge PCRF support
  • Relocation of the grantee and grant funding to another institution requires prior approval from PCRF's Scientific Committee and Board of Directors
