Community Giving Large Capital Grant

The Foundation's mission is to effect permanent positive change in the lives of individuals and families across Greater Boston, especially in economically disadvantaged communities. They invest in organizations that improve human health, raise educational attainment, increase economic security, and meet community needs.

Type of Support

Overview

We occasionally support transformative capital projects from nonprofits that are well-led, can point to significant accomplishments, and have a mission that is clearly aligned with ours. Our intention is not to provide general support for larger, multi-million dollar capital campaigns, but rather to catalyze discrete, identifiable projects that meet a specific need and will result in a game-changing physical asset for an organization.

The Foundation prefers to fund in the priority areas of cultural vitality, economic mobility, education, health, human services, and youth development.
