This grant aims to foster the growth of junior and new investigators through funding projects that expand knowledge in simulation-based research, educational innovations, and applications concerning emergency medicine, including medical education, clinical operations, and patient safety. It encourages a variety of research topics that utilize simulation in emergency medicine, not limited to medical education but also inclusive of quality improvement and patient safety.
