The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) provides equitable health care to the nation’s highest-need communities. Our programs support people with low incomes, people with HIV, pregnant people, children, parents, rural communities, transplant patients, and the health workforce.
The Maternal and Child Health Policy Innovation Program (MCH PIP) aims to support policy initiatives at the state, territorial, and local levels that seek to advance equity and enhance the health and well-being of America’s mothers, children, and families. The program focuses on advancing and implementing maternal and child health (MCH) policy innovations through engagement and technical assistance to key policymakers. Additionally, it provides technical assistance on MCHB priority topics and emerging MCH issues to these policymakers.
