Vulcan Materials Company Foundation Grant

The foundation aims to improve the quality and standard of living through supporting education at elementary, secondary, and higher levels, with a keen interest in programs that enhance learning in math, science, and business. It partners with public schools in its operating areas, supports efforts to link education to workplace relevance, and favors proposals that focus on science and engineering or improving public education in higher learning institutions. Additionally, the foundation supports environmental organizations that promote understanding of the connection between environmental stewardship and sustainable development. A high priority is given to proposals from organizations where Vulcan employees are actively involved, especially within the foundation’s focus areas.
