    The Rosalie and Cecil Smith Fund aims to address and mitigate the issue of feral cat overpopulation in Summit County, as well as provide spay and neuter services to cats and dogs of low-income households, honoring the memory and wishes of Rosalie Smith.

    The Bath Community Fund Grant focuses on supporting programs that:

    • Preserve the township’s historical and environmental legacy;
    • Enhance the local arts and culture landscape;
    • Serve youth through education and recreation;
    • Meet residents’ social service needs. Established in 2014, this grant aims at fostering community strength through a variety of initiatives that align with its broader goals of community enhancement and preservation.
