    The "Takeoff: Institutional Innovations for College Men of Color" grant program, spearheaded by the USC Race and Equity Center and supported by ECMC Foundation, targets supporting initiatives at 12 community colleges nationwide. These initiatives aim to enhance the support structure for men of color on their campuses, in line with ECMC Foundation's broader commitment of $20 million towards education equity. This grant seeks to fund and provide technical support for colleges advancing these critical objectives, ensuring the effectiveness of existing programs and addressing systemic challenges at the intersection of racial, ethnic, and gender inequities.
