• Conservation of nature and organizations benefiting children, particularly those identified by Miss Dornette.
• Support for disadvantaged youth due to medical conditions, economic status, or family background.
• Organizations serving children and supporting education, music, or the arts, including those supported by Patricia Kisker during her lifetime.
• Charitable or educational purposes for relief in sickness, suffering, distress, the care of young children, the aged, or individuals facing challenges, education promotion, and living condition improvement.
• Assistance for children and support for charities backed by the Stillsons.
• Small equipment, technology, and capital improvement projects in the Ohio Valley.
• Promoting religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational activities.
