The Activation Fund is designed to support one-year projects that help community organizations increase their capacity and effectiveness. This includes developing innovative approaches to address community health concerns, forming partnerships to tackle health issues with new strategies, exploring new health challenges and opportunities, and enhancing facilities to improve service delivery. Applicants are encouraged to discuss their project's alignment with the Activation Fund goals before submitting a letter of intent.
