The RCF Teacher Assistance Program (TAP) Grants are designed to support K-12 teachers in public or private Richland County schools by providing funding for creative and innovative programs not covered by existing school budgets. These grants are aimed at encouraging teachers to introduce new projects and ideas into their classrooms, thereby enriching the educational experiences of their students. Grants are selected through a community committee process.
