The Target Foundation hometown program concentrates its investments in organizations working to address the specific systemic and structural barriers facing Black communities, Indigenous communities and communities of color. They do this in four priority areas: entrepreneurship and small business, workforce development, housing and asset building.
In addition, Target has many Community Vitality Grant Programs that are by invitation only: Community Engagement Funds, Key Market Grants, and REACH Community Grants.
Note: be sure to check Target's Guidelines for information on who is eligible to apply for their hometown grant program.

In addition, Target also provides relief organizations with local donations and funding.
