Instructions were given on how to receive donation. We were given a name and number to follow up with someone named Sierra. Multiple attempts were made over the course of several months via phone and email and were were given the run around. Sierra was never available to take a call, always in a meeting, or never returned the call as promised by the individual answering the phone.

The request was approved and direction to follow up with Sierra from the store closer to the event time. Countless calls were made to the store asking for the contact person. Each time we were told she was busy, in a meeting, or would give us a call back. No outreach was ever received in any form. Very disappointing.
