The Frank M. & Eleanor R. Miese Fund is designed to support projects or programs that aid underprivileged, orphaned, dependent, neglected, delinquent, and/or disadvantaged children, primarily in Cooperstown Borough, or as a secondary priority, in Utica Borough, Jackson Township, and Canal Township, or within a five-mile radius of these areas.
