    The 2024 Maternal & Infant Health Initiative by The Health Fund focuses on reducing disparities, increasing access to care, and improving outcomes for infants and mothers in Michigan. It seeks to support community-driven projects that are locally focused and incorporate one of the following priority categories: improving the service delivery environment to enhance equitable healthcare access, increasing access to protective and clinical interventions, and addressing targeted policies, practices, and procedures at the local or practice level that affect maternal and infant outcomes.
