The grant, Fostering Support of Mathematics Learning in Multilingual Classrooms (Pre-K-12), funded by TODOS - MET, aims to offer funding for in-service professional development to PK–12 schools. Its primary goal is to heighten understanding and expertise in supporting multilingual development during mathematics instruction. It supports projects that promote equitable and rigorous math teaching by integrating students' languages and cultures into their learning process. Specifically, the grant focuses on developing classroom materials in consultation with experts in both math and language teaching or purchasing materials for professional learning directed at achieving these objectives.
