The NEA Foundation's Learning & Leadership grants program aims to support the professional development of NEA members. It focuses on providing funding for individuals and groups seeking to engage in high-quality professional development opportunities such as summer institutes, conferences, seminars, travel abroad programs, or action research. The grants cater to a variety of activities including but not limited to collegial study, action research, lesson plan development, or mentoring experiences for faculty or staff.
